1. Agreement
By accessing or using Tebrix ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tebrix provides tools to design, preview, and publish storefront experiences for Tebex. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users
- Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Tebrix a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you publish through Tebex.
6. Tebex and third parties
Tebrix integrates with Tebex and other third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
7. Plans and billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing. We may change pricing with notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tebrix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
