Help creators succeed with Tebrix—answer questions, troubleshoot stores, and represent the product with empathy across support and community channels.

  • Respond to user questions via Discord, email, and docs
  • Document common issues and improve self-serve resources
  • Escalate bugs and product feedback to the team
